Heating in room was not working so had to move to another room. Personnel were very good about that. Ice machine on our floor was not working. Surprised had to return to first floor for vending.. Coffee was cold. At breakfast it was hot as was most of the breakfast.

This is a pretty average hotel and below Wyndham standards for amenities. A little overpriced for what it is. It needs some updating - peeling wallpaper, aging furnishings... Staff were nice and helpful, location is about ten minutes from Ashland University.

There were k9 dogs there and although we love dogs, they were barking. The hotel is dirty. Bugs on the floor in the bathroom. Very loud all night. Just pretty gross.
