Avoid Maui Banyan at All Costs: Disastrous Disregard for Guest Health and Refunds! My dream Hawaiian vacation turned into a nightmare thanks to Maui Banyan's appalling disregard for guest health and basic customer service. Over a week before our December 23rd arrival, I called to cancel due to a sudden RSV outbreak in our family. We were well within their cancellation window, yet they refused any refund, citing a strict policy. Their policy may be "strict," but their morals are clearly nonexistent. They were willing to gamble with the health and safety of other guests, potentially exposing them to a highly contagious respiratory virus, all for the sake of clinging to our hard-earned money. The lack of empathy and basic human decency was astounding. Their website boasts "family-friendly accommodations," but their actions speak a different language. They prioritize profit over the well-being of their guests, creating a breeding ground for illness and disappointment. If you value your health and appreciate ethical businesses, steer clear of Maui Banyan. Their disregard for guests' well-being is appalling, and their refusal to budge on a clearly understandable cancellation is nothing short of shameful. Spread the word, and let's hold businesses like this accountable for their irresponsible and unethical practices.

Room was super musty and smelled our clothes up with staying five nights. Will not return as it’s super old rooms and not cleaned properly.

It's closeness to the beach was very convenient. The grounds were well manicured. Pool and barbeque area was a welcomed amenity. Walking distance to restaurants and shops was short. Only drawback was the paper thin walls between units. Lucky for us our neighbors were fairly quiet. I would definitely book this resort again.

My neighbor was loud and it didnt bother me till they tried to send me this note. I’ll try and attach but shuttles or rides around would be nice to know cause I played golf also. She was mad about my tv playing but it was never as loud as her!!!
