This hotel was beautiful and walking distance to the Shops at Wailea. Though not the fault of the hotel, it became very noisy when the Association of Guardsmen conference started. The "Serenity Pool" was less than serene once these people came around talking loudly and being annoying in general. After their luau/concert we could hear them coming back to their rooms around 10-11pm talking just as loudly as they were yakking it up at the pool.

Excellent stay and beautiful resort. Very friendly staff. We felt very safe traveling during COVID. The resort staff and other patrons were all very COVID cognizant and respectful. Onsite parking covered in the daily resort fee was a bonus. The adults only infinity pool is beautiful. As many others have mentioned, there is not a swimming beach here, but rather a beautiful rocky beach. Both swimming beaches are a short walk (2-3 minutes to smaller beach and 5-7 for the larger beach).

Staff is excellent. We had a few very minor things (TV wasn’t working, no drinking glasses in the room), and within minutes of my phone calls there was someone at the room correcting the issue. Only negative is the convenience store on the property is way over priced. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a big difference in prices. Resort fees are pretty high, so feel the convenience store prices should be same as nearby grocery stores.
