The staff was friendly and professional. The room was really nice and the hot tub was great. My only complaints are the hot tub would randomly shut off and the window faced the pool area and not outside. Once you used the hot tub the humidity was awful and it felt like we were suffocating. If there was a window the faced outside it would have been perfect.
