Very close to tram and 2 cafes. While it is about 6 stops outside of CBD, I still found the location convenient. Staff were excellent. Room was very spacious and lovely.

Nice and clean hotel, great views out to the beach and city! Modern amenities, comfortable beds, staff were lovely and helpful. I woke to a small leak in my room next to a window caused by some rain but they quickly sorted it so I could move to another room. But still didn’t ruin my stay as it was a lovely hotel, very easy access to trams into the city or St Kilda beach
