Extremely disappointed!! I had chosen the hotel based on my past experience on another facility of ESA, with assumption of all the amenities I have seen before. Here's what I experienced: None of the following are available: Phone Alarm clock Extra pillows Ice maker Limited power outlet Notepad, pen Local guide, facilities folder explaining amenities Kitchen towels Following are only upon request (you have to walk up to the front desk, and carry yourself): Coffee machine Coffee itself Utencils, plates forks (set of two only) Additional towels (only 1 provided) Toaster Bought myself from nearby 7-11 Creamers, sugar Dish soap, foam Other amenities which were well below par: No one at the desk, you have to wait, make noise or pace around for someone to notice in the CCTV camera Rooms have no carpet, the corridor carpet has probably not been cleaned for at least 5 years When arrived, AC was turned off, and window was open, letting hot air in and making the room hot and humid All lamps were either disconnected or bulbs were loosened so if you can't turn them on, just by switch A notice at the front desk telling you that they may not have everything you need Front door and some windows are broken or don't close Stovetop dials are faded, so you can't tell which way is full or low, and since it was so low powered that it takes about 5 minutes for you to realize it is at low House keeping once in 7 days. So even to get the room cleaned once, you need to stay at least a week

The entire area raised the rates knowing large groups would be in the area, which is typical, but the value is beyond less than what you are paying it should be considered price gouging. The hotel is dirty, outdated, smells, and simple items like showers are not working. Who is checking these items when the rooms are cleaned? I have stayed in places for less with much more. The "continental" breakfast is horrific; again lacking value for what you are paying.

I liked the location of the hotel, the cleanliness was ok. I was told it is a smoke-free hotel but the hall reeked of smoke, cigarette and whatever else. the room was not thoroughly cleaned, there were onion particles still in the cabinets. The carpet was soiled, towels were not soft & fluffy. I informed the clerk of my concerns she brushed it off. I informed the clerk of the smoking stinch she said " well the smell may have come from a guest's clothing" NO!! there was clearly someone smoking.

Lobby was dirty and had a weird smell to it when you walked through the doors. Carpets needed to be vacuumed and the hallways looked dirty.

The hotel was fine for it's price point.

Pros: The proximity to attractions was very nice
The first evening I was there, I had to call the front desk for a domestic abuse disturbance which is not any of the hotel's fault, but just makes the point of their clientele. The shower didn't work properly and the entire room was not very clean including hair in the bed sheets.
