I arrived at 7 pm and was told my reservation was cancelled due to them booking on first come first serve basis then forced to pay extra in cash for room available

The property was o.k.. They didnot inform you efficiently about their extra charges and needing cash.the rooms floors were filthy,they couldnt understand english very well and all we asked for was a wash rag..the pool was closed and not mentioned any where that is was seasonal nor when i called to ask about wasnt informed..no ice machine that we could find...extremely noisy sat.nite after midnite and no answer from the office.

I was informed that a $50 cash deposit was required for a non smoking room. Oddly enough the bed spread had several large cigarette burn holes, so did the blanket beneath it and the fitted sheet! The television was malfunctioning. The person in the office said that it was the bad satellite connection. I have a few videos that I showed him to prove differently. I killed a large cockroach in the bathroom. I must say that I have stayed a motel 6 several times in the past in other states, this location was a huge disappointment.
