I don't think you pass the city control, I arrived in room 201, it has mold, the room and the bathroom, the carpets must be 15 years old and they are not cleaned, the lamps are rusty, the dirt is terrible, the pillows are garbage , the worst hotel where the arrival

Price was ok for the type of facility. Property needs more maintenace. Had to ask for two extra pillows for 3 consecutive days. Manager told me that is was company policy not to issue aditional pillows. I told him that I was going to mention it my review. When I came back yo the room in the afternoon the pillows were on top of my bed. Fear of the review was stronger than company policy. I will not stay again in this property.

The hotel is a DUMP ! Dirty and old. Our toilet did not work and when we call to ask for help no one answered. Then we decided to go down and ask the front desk person for help.... no one was at the front to attended us or any one that wanted help . after one hour waiting for some one to come to the front desk ... the guy came with a very NASTY attituded and askes me to fix the toilet myself or to wait until the next day ! TERRIBLE! we spend a whole afternoon and night without a toilet!!! we needed to go downstairs and used the lobby public restroom The service is terrible and very disrespectful. It was a total disaster and a nightmare !

The hotel does not clean the rooms. You need to go to the front desk to ask for towels, shampoo, soap, etc. For the price you’d expect at least cleanliness which is not existent in this hotel.

Terrible customer service, Not clean at all. Rooms are full of dust and stains. 1st day I requested to have the room changed as the room was terribly clean. I was there for 6 days and I was not able to get them to come do room service not even once and considering the room was already not well clean when we got there... Would never go back.

The room was dirty and old. Carpets was dirty and the toilet seat had paint pealing off and the partical board was showing and kept pulling the hair off my butt. No microwave or refrigerator. The one chair in the room had dried seimen on it. I will never stay at this chain again. I just hope i don't catch anything from my stay. I am realy disapointed with the price and condition of the room. The sink was clogged and would not drain. Doral is a nice area but the hotel was really Getto.
