While we truly wish you had a better experience, it is feedback such as the one you have extended in your review that we learn from and use to improve. We have been honored to receive many comments from guests about the friendliness and genuine warmth of every member of our team and we are sorry to note you did not have this same impression during your recent stay. We like our guests to feel they have value for money and don’t like the idea of our visitors leaving dissatisfied with something they have paid for. Thus, please rest assured that your comments will be reviewed by our team and corrective actions will be taken accordingly. It has further been unfortunate to hear of your disappointment with the pricing of drinks and food. We can assure you that we strive to maintain the pricing in these outlets compatible with the standard in our area. We regularly price check ourselves in this area against equivalent hotels in the area and we do believe we offer good value for the prices charged. We very much hope this has not affected your decision and that you will choose to join us again next time you travel to the area, as we do feel confident our hotel rates are comparable to similar hotels in the area, and we feel we provide good value given our excellent beachfront location, service and well-appointed facilities.

We are happy to share that we are in the process of updating, deep cleaning and overall raising the quality of our guest rooms, in order to address the shortcoming you have outlined in this area. When it comes to the poolside chairs, we have already placed an order for brand new pool chairs and cushions, so this matter would also be resolved in the near future. In the meantime, we do wish to assure you that our onsite team is regularly pressure washing the cushions of the poolside chairs to ensure they are clean.
