Thank you so much for your feedback, our policy indicates that we have to charge an early check in fee before 12pm due to limited availability, however you are more than welcome to store your baggage with us until check in time at no extra fee, and enjoy our facilities (Pool, hot tub, breakfast if available, etc).We are sorry this presented an inconvenience for you, and please feel free to communicate with our staff so we can further assist you in these kinds of situations.

This hotel has been recently remodeled. They did a very nice job in the remodel. It is clean, and has the appearance of high quality work. There were a couple of problems with the complementary airport shuttle. On pickup from the airport, it took about an hour for the ride to arrive. When it came time for the drop off drive, the shuttle van had mechanical problems in the driveway. After about a half hour of investigation, the staff at the hotel called a complementary Lyft ride for us. That ride only took about 15 minutes to go from the hotel to the airport. But they did a great job in keeping us happy! I would highly recommend this hotel in the Miami Airport area.

The staff is excellent: friendly and helpful. Eating area exceptional. The walls are paper thin and main street in front of property is busy.

Room was well cleaned and updated. Breakfast ladies were fantastic! The only negative is that the AC fan is locked to Auto and keeps shutting down all night disrupting my sleep. An option to have the fan always on would have been good to have. Bathroom was clean and hot water was plentiful. Very happy with my stay there.
