My husband and I were asleep in our Suite when I woke to a 7 feet, white bearded man standing over Me. I was tire after 5 day Cruise,so my husband and I took off our clothes and layer down. Said he knocked, I said I’m sleeping can you leave he said No, he had to check with his boss to see what to do and refused to leave until I said tell that to my husband. I was thrown it a flash back of. Police invading my home. Very terrifying. I have never been so shocked and angry.

Very bad service. Our water heater wasn’t working when we checked-in at around 4ish. We called the problem 2x and no one came to fix it after 3 hrs. Receptionist is rude when I followed up. She said they never received any requests and that I have to wait coz the guy has to fix like 5 more rooms. So ridiculous! Another problem is there is only 1 elevator working in one side. Has to wait few mins fefore you can get in. I love Embassy Suites. We usually stay in this hotel when we go LA. But the Miami near the airport sucks! Will never stay in this hotel next time I visit Miami…
