I appreciated Lily at reception made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay and Edin was amazing at providing service and helped us w our luggage even made sure we knew where everything in the room was located. The only thing I didn’t like was the noice from downstairs but that’s not the hotel’s fault as it is during spring break. There was a car parked right outside of our window, full of ladies kept screening from the top of their lungs for about 45 mins after 12am. The heated pool was amazing to help us relax. Great stay over all!!

The hotel is located in a great location. That’s really all I have for positive reviews. We booked 2 rooms together and called to have them next to each other a week in advance. When we got there, they were in different floors. They also couldn’t check us in until 4pm and they say call for late check out but you guessed it. Not available LOL. The lady checking us in (not friendly at all!!!! She was heavily set with blonde hair) said there was nothing she could do. We were about to cut our losses and go elsewhere and when I said that she somehow able to find us a room across from each other. Staff were friendly but didn’t speak too much English. Gym was old and outdated.. 3/5 machines were broke and needed service. We asked for a plastic spoon and they told us to walk to Walgreens. There was NOT full service cabanas. No alcohol or food. Pool was clean but small!

The staff welcomed us upon arrival and each time we left or returned, they welcomed us and opened the door for us. We were given beach towels and beach chaired each day.
The hotel is right on Ocean drive and across the street from Lumen park and the beach.

Here's what the Leslie is in dire need of: Anthony Melchiorri and Hotel Impossible. Seriously. The location can't be beat. Just far enough down Ocean Drive to be in a relatively quiet zone, yet a short walk to all the daytime -- and, nighttime -- action. Which means you can easily access all South Beach has to offer and still be able to get a good night's sleep. The Leslie is across the street from one of the best beaches in the world. It has a rooftop pool that gets tons of sun. The staff was, with one rude exception, absolutely friendly and caring and professional. But . . . and, it's a big but . . . the hotel is in huge need of a makeover. The rooms are laid out terribly. The bathroom has no sink. It's in the room. It was done for style. And, at first glance, it's all very stylish. But what that means is that everyone who's used that bathroom before you touched the door handle BEFORE they washed their hands. And, btw, there's a good chance that door handle hasn't been regularly cleaned. The furniture looks nice. But, it's cheap and falling apart. The closet doors didn't close properly. The towel rack was falling off the wall. The room was very nicely sized. But there was one small table [it was likely from Ikea] and just one chair. Which meant the only place to sit was on the bed . . . The floors were slippery when your feet got any dampness at all. Hey, it's south Florida BTW. Your feet are always damp or wet. The show tile was nice, but the shower curtain didn't reach th
