Nice staff…Needs remodel!
The customer service was outstanding. The breakfast and staff were amazing. The location was convenient; it’s very close the the Duomo. The property is extremely outdated and in desperate need of a remodel/ renovation. The bathroom has a very weird layout with a doorstop in front of the toilet which I seriously injured my toes on. It’s just an odd room in many ways, but it was clean, friendly, and efficient.

from the moment we came up to we check out the services were amazing. The location, the room size, the breakfast, the staff..all doing very well. Highly recommended Hotel.

It a very tired hitel. More like a nit great 3,* than 4*. There was nothing there from a 4* hotel. The rooms all with without features. No air conditioning- I was suffocating all night. When Ooen window - so loud trans passing by! Could not sleep all night. Breakfast poor. The only good thing- my room was available early. Probably hotel was not.very full. And location is good. Will never come back. I am a Gold Expedia client but nothing was offered - no upgrades, not even a basket of fruits to the room . Nothing!
