The hotel is outdated. Hot water was not working and had to be moved to another room. There was no telephones in the room. You had to walk to the desk for assistance. Rooms did not have clothes hangers, only two towels and lighting in bathroom was dim. Not all of the electrical outlets worked. Most of the television stations were hazy and there was no local news stations. There were bugs in the room. Toilet was backed up and no maintenance personnel to unclog it. I got a plunger from the desk clerk and unclogged it myself. The staff was patient and courteous and went out of their way to satisfy the guest but there is inadequate maintenance support. There is no security for the exit doors after hours. The doors are left open. The hotel is in disrepair when it comes to electrical, hot water heater, insect control, custodial service etc. I'm very concerned for the overall safety of the staff and guest.

The staff were rude, No towels in the room when i asked they gave 2 bath towels that were stained and the size of a large hand towel. No TV remote. Pool and hot tub closed.No fridge, Microwave or hair dryer in the room. SO Dirty I had no choice but to go to a Walgreens a block away to buy disinfectant wipes. No free breakfast as advertised. LOUD COPS CAME AT LEAST TWICE. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

I feel like I was catfished by this property. The surrounding hotels are nice - stay there. Here's the list of some things that were not cool: -no towels in the room (had to ask the desk for them) -black mold (a lot) in the shower. -huge hole in the wall (12") where the luggage rack should have been. -no secure entry system on side doors -hot tub had no water -breakfast amenities were not there -tables and chairs were piled up in the lobby. -trim was missing from the bathroom floor. -all of the art in the room was missing (but the hangers for all of it were on the wall). -maid cart sat out in the hall the entire night. -TV did not work.

We had to cancel our stay at the Norwood Inn because of travel delays. I was concerned that when calling the Hotel Desk to cancel our booking.... I was never able to get in touch with anyone at the Hotel... This Did Not Feel Good.... if I could not reach anyone at the Hotel Desk....

The room was filthy and didn't look like it have been cleaned (cobwebs on the sprinkler and ceiling and dirt clumps on the floor). There was one towel in the room. The room had an odor and it was hard to open the door. We left.

There were bedbugs and I wasn’t able to stay the night. They didn’t even seemed concern when brought to their attention
