The property was good. The staff was not. We booked a kind suite with pull our sofa- there’s no mattress in the sofa. Our kids shared a twin roll out. When I tried to call down about the issue the no one would answer. I had to call the landline over and over to finally get someone. Getting service from the front desk was impossible because no one was in their station

Hotel is in decent condition. Had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come check us in. Room was clean and in good shape. Bed is relatively comfortable, we got a king suite so the extra space was nice. Water pressure is on the low side but lots of hot water.
