When there are zero staff around to help you with anything it stops being a hotel. Expedia should not advertise it as such.

After a long hike uphill to reach the hotel, the lift failed which meant I had to climb four flights of stairs to get to my room. Then the electronic key to my room didn't work. There were no staff on hand to sort the problem out. It was getting late and my only option was to check into another hotel down the road. Thank goodness they had space.

Het concept is leuk, inchecken werkt eenvoudig, de kamer is groot, maar voor een gebouw met de grandeur van vervlogen tijden wel een beetje ‘clean’ ingericht. Wat met name tegenvalt is dat als je dan zo’n concept zonder personeel inricht en je beneden een paar candy machines neerzet, zorg dan dat ze werken! Bij ons at de machine 4 euro op zonder iets te geven. Dat is een domper op zo’n moment.

Usel incheckning men bra läge
Problem. Med incheckningen gjorde vi tvingades ringa hotellet, maila hotellet och ringa hotels.com för att få hotellets egna bokningskod för incheckning, asjobbigt efter 10 timmar i bil med barn. Hade de bara mailat koden hade de fått 4/5
