We waited for over an hour to be picked up by the airport shuttle. The front desk safe were not friendly.

Very disappointed to get a $50 parking ticket when I paid for parking ahead of time. Manager assured me it’s taken care of, but if this happens routinely that’s a big issue in my opinion. Shouldn’t have happened. Front desk staff were not the friendliest. Shuttle driver was great! Hotel was safe.
