Small, well-furnished nest in a residence with a pool, ideal as a base for lovers of trekking and winter skiing. The entrance is located in front of the cable car to the Piani di Artavaggio, and just a few dozen meters from the free shuttle stop for the Piani di Bobbio ski lifts.
The apartment is part of a condominium, located on the -1 floor relative to the street and accessible by elevator. It consists of a room with a sofa bed, two fold-out bunk beds, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. It is ideal as a base for mountain excursions and can accommodate a couple or, if necessary, be configured to host up to 4 people. During the pool's opening season (Christmas period and summer), the studio apartment becomes a splendid pied-à-terre for enjoying wonderful days by the pool's solarium.
The apartment is easily accessible by car or by the D35 bus line from Lecco. . City Tax: You do not have to pay tourist city tax. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
