Moneglia apartment with splendid sea view

Rent apartment of 70 square meters in Moneglia, splendid sea view, 5/10 minutes walk from the beach, sleeps 5, with two double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen, it is rented all year round.
The apartment is equipped with TV, dishwasher and washing machine. There are no sheets and towels that must be brought by guests

Possibility of garage adjacent to the apartment from 50 euros per week

In case of monthly rents the rates will be different.

10 euros per week per person for electricity and water are to be added
and as regards gas, a reading will be made on arrival and one on departure and will cost 3.00 euros per cubic meter.

The apartment must be delivered clean and tidy as you will find it. otherwise an additional 20 euros will be charged for extra cleaning
The municipal tourist tax is 3 euros per person per night for the first three nights only, so it will be 9 euros per person per week excluding children under 14 who do not have to pay the tourist tax.

The apartment must be vacated by 10 am while arrivals would be welcome between 11 and 13, otherwise we agree without problems

Moneglia Urlaub war fantastisch.
Die Wohnung war ordentlich und der Ausblick unbezahlbar. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt für eine einwöchigen Urlaub. Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr freundlich. Man sollte aber eigene Decken und leintücher mitbringen. Die Nebenkosten sollte man auch mitrechnen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub und der Ausblick ist fantastisch.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno
Appartamento semplice e funzionale situato in posizione ottima con una vista bellissima sul paese e sul mare. Ben ventilato, si riesce a mantenere l'appartamento fresco nonostante il caldo torrido di questi giorni. Accoglienza molto gentile. Unico punto difficile è la salita al ritorno dal mare ma devo dire che si supera facilmente. Veramente raccomandato.

Toller Blick und sehr laute Lage
Der Balkon bietet einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer und das Hinterland. Am Haus gehen aber zwei Berg Straßen vorbei, an der ständig Vespa und Motorräder hoch fahren mit einem enormen Lärm Pegel... Das ist der Wahnsinn. Noch dazu ist Luftlinie 100 m die Bahn Trasse. Da fahren stündlich mindestens 10 Zuge vorbei. Bei Güter Zügen wackelt der Balkon. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Was absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist...: Keine Wäsche und es wird vor Ort jeder Posten extra abgerechnet wie Strom Gas Wasser... Noch dazu ein Parkplatz für 70 Eur.!!! Hinzu kommt beim Check in konnten wir noch nicht Mal bis zur Wohnung hoch fahren, da wollte unten an der Straße der Check in Mann schon wissen, ob wir jetzt nun den Parkplatz wollen.. wir zögerten und wollten ihn sehen, da sagte er, dann bekommt ihn jemand anderes. Oben stand dann schon ein Auto vom Nachbarn. Der hat ihn dann genommen. Absolut unhöflich. Ich fragte am Schluss, wo ein Parkplatz wäre. Er sagte, hätte ich doch den Platz genommen, hätte ich einen. Ich könne ja die Polizei fragen... Leider keine Klima Anlage. Die Betten sind durchgelegen. Das schrieb jemand bereits vor Jahren, es ist also nichts investiert worden. Man läuft nur 10 Minuten zum Strand. Auch ins Hinterland kann man von der Wohnung aus gut laufen.

MONEGLIA PICCOLO PARADISO
Appartamento con stanze ampie, comode e complete di tutto. Cucina funzionale e abitabile, con forno, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Splendida vista dal balcone su tutto il golfo e, non ultimo, box che, vista la vicinanza al mare e al centro paese, consente di dimenticarsi di avere un automobile.

Schöne Lage, zentrumsnah
Wir haben zu zweit die Woche vor Ostern in Moneglia verbracht. Moneglia ist zu dieser Zeit weit weniger von Touristen überschwemmt als die Region Cinque Terre. Zum Wandern ist das Gebiet bestens geeignet. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, was den positiven Eindruck natürlich verstärkt. Die ersten Tage waren dennoch recht kühl, weshalb wir die schnell reagierende Gasheizung schätzten. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit dem Notwendigsten eingerichtet. Bettzeug, Wasch- und Abtrocknungstücher müssen selber mitgenommen werden. Dadurch wurden unsere Koffer für eine Bahnreise recht voll. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und wir kommen gerne wieder nach Moneglia, nächstes Mal vermutlich mit mehr Gästen. Es hat 5 Betten, zum Schlafen muss somit nichts umgebaut werden. Absolut top ist die Lage. 5 bis 10 Minuten ins Zentrum oder ans Meer, 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Mit der Bahn sind alle Destinationen entlang der Küste erreichbar.

Appartement très bien situé, proche du centre d'une petite ville au bord de la mer. Vue magnifique. A 25 minutes, en train, des villages des "Cinque Terre". Propriétaires accueillants.

Appartamento confortevole, luminoso, con l’essenziale. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili. Raccomandato l’utilizzo del box perché è difficile trovare parcheggio; comunque a moneglia ci si muove tranquillamente andare a piedi. La vista dal balcone è stupenda.

Casa molto accogliente e ben disposta. Cucina grande e molto vivibile. Soggiorno con balcone e vista incantevole. Buone le attrezzature. Migliorie proposte: qualche pentola di misura media in più, istruzioni sugli elettrodomestici - non siamo riusciti ad azionare la lavastoviglie. Il box è utile, ma forse un po' caro e quasi obbligatorio anche se un optional. Nel complesso molto consigliabile. Torneremo.

Très bon séjour!!
Très bien pour notre famille avec 3 jeunes enfants, appartement à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la mer et de toutes commodités(petits supermarchés, restos, boutiques), 15 minutes pour aller à la gare à pied. Appartement spacieux, simple et fonctionnel, avec une très belle vue. Location du garage indispensable si on a un véhicule. Moneglia est une petite ville agréable fin avril, c'est un bon point de villégiature pour explorer chaque jour la côte ligure entre Gênes et La Spezia comme nous l'avons fait, avant de finir les journées à la plage. Propriétaires accueillants, bon rapport qualité prix.
