The rooms need to be updated. Service was awful. Let me rephrase, cleaning service and front desk and meal service was great; however, stocking of drinks if you didn’t call they didn’t come , service at the pool was the same some days. It seemed like you only got good service if you tipped. We rented a caban by the pool and the service was awful. The caban room smelled like vomit. The best part of the hotel was the fitness crew. Cover, Travis and Kedija were the best fitness crew I had at a resort. Very energetic and helpful.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff (except from front desk) was great. The vibe team was nice, bartenders were great and the staff in buffet was AMAZING.. But everything else was horrible. I reserved a double bed and when I got there they gave me a King Bed and didn't think to mention it. When questioned they stated that you can give room preferences' but it is not guaranteed. We had to get a roll away bed and the bed was rusted, old and dirty. For as much as we spent, this was really upsetting. The water was frozen in the entire resort. The jacuzzi/whirlpool spa was not heated. Couldnt even enjoy the luxury swim out pool bc the water was freezing. The food at every restaurant was cold. Room service food was cold and whenever you try to get in any other restaurant other than the buffet, you had to wait forever. The property was beautiful from the pictures, but it was a real let down. I will not be returning sadly. I wanted to like it so bad it was just a let down.
