Good Stay

Pros: Clean room, continental breakfast and friendly/helpful staff.
Cons: Some hot breakfast items and a waffle maker.
Location: Location was great and one could walk to Old Montreal. The green line was two or three blocks away, which was taken on a rainy day to the Botanical.
This was a preferred stay to Hilton because a continental breakfast was included in the room and board. The hotel room was a nice size and clean. The breakfast room was a large size and the breakfast was good. It was fantastic start to the day ahead. Highly recommend.

Cons: Slowish elevators.
Location: Everything is walkable, great shops and restaurants
We were on a family vacation, and it was a great location for visiting Montreal.

Efficient, spacious and close to the action

Went with my son to visit McGill University. The hotel was conveniently located. Parking available for $20 right across the street- we were allowed to go in and out of the garage as many times as we wanted for a 24 hour period. A nice breakfast was included. Rooms had a small kitchen but we did not use it.

Nice hotel in a good location

Pros: The location was ideal and the staff was friendly and responsive. All of the rooms seem to have walk out balconies.
Cons: My only complaint was with the TVs. This is the first hotel I've stayed in that didn't allow me to plug in my devices with an HDMI cable.
Location: There are plenty of convenience stores within walking distance for all a traveler's needs. The restaurants are a bit further out.
Nice hotel on Sherbrooke which puts you within walking distance of McGill University, Museum McCord, Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, and most of the downtown region. There's a lot to do around here, I only got a taste after three days.

No complaints

Pros: What I liked best was the price, location, and amenities (a full kitchen is great for families)
Cons: The elevator is very small but too late to fix that (haha)
Location: Locations is great - just a few blocks from St. Catherine if you want to roam or shop.
This was a weekend get away and booked the one queen bed room. Great view over looking the city while on the balcony. I love a very firm bed and it was indeed. The room was very large with plenty of space for lots of luggage if you need to stay longer than a weekend. The kitchen was very clean and completely furnished with all plates/cups etc, a coffee pot and apt size refrigerator. The bathroom was very well lit, large mirror, hairdryer, large tub and shower; everything worked perfectly. We didn't seem to have an issue with noise unless someone was right in front of the door, which only happened when waiting for the elevator. Parking is located in a garage right across the street and paid through the hotel. The pool is decent size for being an indoors, there is also sauna, and adjacent to the pool area is an outdoor patio (all this is located on the roof so great view!) I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price, location, and amenities.

Nice hotel with large rooms close in Downtown

Pros: The room was very spacious.
Location: Lots of close by places to eat. Can't go wrong in Montreal with the variety of culinary options.
Great experience. We spent 6 days/5 nights. The hotel is located in the middle of lots of action. Close to the metro and a local university. We felt very safe walking around even at the late hours.

Perfect Downtown Location

Pros: The Downtown location, close to Metro (subway) and within walking distances to many places to eat.
Cons: We had a 1 bedroom suite. The living room had an in-wall air conditioning unit. But, the bedroom did not. There should be a/c units in both rooms.
Location: Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops with in walking distance. Near all public transportation.
This was our first time in Montreal and was looking for a Downtown hotel that is near to the Metro and other public transportation. We were not disappointed. We were about 2 blocks from the Metro (subway) station and close within walking distance to many places to eat. I booked a studio suite, that had kitchen and a dining area. When we checked in, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom. This was like a small apartment. Full size bedroom and living room complete with television in each room. There was a small kitchen, complete with refrigerator, stove and microwave. The bathroom was small but very adequate. Everything was very clean. The reception staff was extremely helpful in recommending us where to eat and to advise us on how to get around. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
