I was not greeted properly and the front counter is behind heavy plexiglass. The place had a shady vibe and I thought it was not clean. During breakfast the a staff member was making comments about how much a guest ate? Very unprofessional. I would not stay there again.

It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the entire bathroom had not been cleaned, hair and urine all over. The floors had not been mopped. There were doors slamming and loud music playing. It’s a loud party hotel, parties in the rooms and halls until after 4am! There is no staff on to manage it, they use a computer with a virtual agent that does nothing. It’s a waste of money.

Everything was good. The room is clean. I don’t care for the kiosk and the person sleeping in the lobby since 1pm and now it’s 9 pm and still sleeping. Kinda creepy!!!

Apparently a motorcycle convention going on outside the back of the hotel. No staff present for check-in, check-out, front desk support.

Noise was absolutely horrible. No in-person management staff. Kiosk instead. Party happening in parking lot - police should have been called by business, after many complaints from hotel visitors. But, no staff present in person to handle!

Room was awful, no soap or any personal toiletries, staff was rude, room smelled because of multiple air fresheners. When I went to check out and ask for a refund, two people who had checked in before me were doing the same. Do not be fooled by saving a couple dollars; there’s a reason this is the cheapest option in the area.
