We went there last year and loved it so much we drove 12 hours to stay again. This time very disappointed. There was garbage and dirty towels laying outside her patio. Smoke alarm went off three nights in a row with staff. Not very informative or acknowledging of the situation. Service by the pool waited a couple hours for food order to be taken. Left a message at the desk to have a manager called with no response. We will not return.

Harbor side room with beautiful view of bay water and the pool. Great patio and fabulous bathroom! Had all the amenities needed and both bath and room areas were very large.

There were several bars in the vicinity. They also had live music which was nice and relaxing. Overall our getaway was great. We will be back.

Beautiful, well kept property on the harbor with a beachside that had live music one night and a pool side that was very enjoyable. I loved the decor, and everything about this place. We stayed on the newer side which I think is called the beach side (even though it is not actually the side that has the beach area - which is also not an actual beach just sand and a beach feel) and all the rooms on our side faced the water. It is across the bridge from Charleston so not walking distance but there is a water taxi that will take you to Charleston and it is an easy drive. Lots of neat places to eat on the Mt. Pleasant side too so you don't have to go back in to Charleston for dinner if you don't want to. I can't say enough about how much I loved it and I kept wondering why it didn't get all exceptional reviews.
