Convenient location to Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse Monuments. Beautiful property with lots to do for families, or just sit and enjoy the rustic beauty. Super friendly staff, great breakfast area, nice restaurant on the property, and comfortable, charming rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

That i only booked for 1 night, between the fitlthy rooms yes they changed rooms due to filth and the second wasn't much better blood on pillows. Staff seemed to be untrained and unconcerned with issues. The restaurant was filthy and the food was mediocre for the premium price. Even something as simple as a ice cream shake was a joke the people working there acted as if it was there fist day and never see ice cream before. The breakfast was a total disappointment the tables were filthy the breakfast was like whats the least we can provide and still say we offerd breakfast. For the money spent on room was expecting better.....

The staff were very nice. The breakfast bar was ok. Some hot items would have been nice. The room was fair. There wasn't much open in the complex due to time of year. I know this was supposed to be a lodge, but there were too many stuffed animals. Kind of creepy.

Close to all the places we wanted to see while in South Dakota. Quiet and it was easy to get around. Cabin was great.
