this is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in the San Jose area, nice amenities especially the pool/ very nice room with comfy bed

would go there again

Location: Go to Gamble Gardens, and Foster House. Shops and Restaurants on Castro Street. Performing Arts Hall
very pleased with room, breakfasts, staff, pool area, happy hours, availability of coffee and cold iced water.

Feels Like Home Now

Pros: Spacious, comfortable rooms, free WiFi and parking.
Cons: The ultra modern bathroom sink, although quite lovely, is difficult for me to turn off completely. This may be just my personal problem!
Location: Close to downtown Mountain View (Castro Street), performing arts center, and Levi Stadium is fairly close.
My daughter lives in Mountain View, but without adequate room for me to visit so I choose to stay at the Avante when in town. It feels like home now and I always enjoy my mini-vacation. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with every convenience (including free WiFi), the staff is warm, friendly and helpful. I especially like the fruit-favored chilled water available in the lobby (along with tea and coffee). I look forward to my next visit.

Go next door to the hilton garden inn. The hotel was not willing to help, not very friendly
