Just regular hotel not name as NOVOTEL

Pros: The restaurant meals for breakfast and dinner is good.
Cons: They should change their elevator system as NOVOTEL Ahmedabad with using by room card system and no need to keep the elevator operator for every time.
Location: Surrounding area should be cleaned and attraction.
The rooms are not clean as we thought as NOVOTEL especially, the carpets are dirty and sometime air-condition is not sufficient. Besides, it is just near the beach but the surrounding is not so good which it is located.

stayed in Mumbai near Juhu beach

Great property.. however too many hidden charges when you check out.. we booked a tour through the hotel and I paid the tour fee, thinking that was for both the tour and the car, since I was not told anything else.. yeah right.. worst guide provided.. Front desk had more confused people, they were not able to provide any guidance.. we wanted to extend one more day and they are like call travel agency main line.. how bout at the front desk. Breakfast was probably the best thing and the location was great.. loved the beach. However I don't see myself ever staying there again. Its not worth the money..
