Great Location, interesting rooms

We stayed 18 days at this hotel over Christmas 2009. We were upgraded to a penthouse after the heat in our suite didn't function properly. The design and finishing of the rooms were exceptional in my experience. Lots of unusual bells and whistles. However, maintenance is clearly an issue as the hotel is about 10 years old and needs a serious work over. Hotel people were business like but friendly. All of our requests were met with efficiency. Location is on the edge of the inner city with a great river and miles of pathways just out the front door. Awesome old cemetery within 2 blocks. All transportation needs met at Sendlinger Tor, 15 minutes walk away. Trams and busses much closer. No need for a car here!
