Near everything we wanted to go to. They did not turn on a/c prior to our arrival. Refrigerator was not plugged in. There is no fan in the bathroom. Had to ask for more towels. There were 4 in our party but only enough towels for 2. No preparation was made for our arrival. Room appeared to be clean. Building and grounds need an upgrade. Lobby was nice. I would rate this 4.5 for what we paid.

The bed was co comfortable. The rest left a lot to be desired the flooring was pieces of carpet placed on the floor not even tacked or glued down the bathroom was a disaster. The sink did not drain and kept burping up plaster and paint as well as hairballs. The hot water took 20 minutes in order to take a lukewarm shower. The tub did not drain so by the time shower was over I was ankle deep in water also it obviously had not been cleaned because I found soap on the shelf from a previous guest. There was also someone's whiskers / hair behind the lid of the toilet seat so the toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned it also had a ring inside the toilet. We should have turned around as soon as we drove up because it looked like an abandoned warehouse. Outside door is not secure so anyone has access 24 hours a day. The trash can in the parking lot was overflowing with garbage. Guess you get what you paid for thankfully I didn't pay much.

Sherry, We apologize that you feel that way but if you were so unsatisfied with our establishment. Why did you not let the front desk know in the 2 days you stay here? We could of offered to move you to another room. We also do encourage guests to ask for extra towels if they need them not take them off the housekeeping cart. Wishing you a Happy Holiday season

Not like the advertising picture at all. Over price and under rated. Staff was agrueing upon arrival computers where down. Very unprofessional.

The place was nasty , no cleaning , refrigerator door did not close due to lg. amount of ice built up in the freezer ,cold water faucet leaked all the time , splashed on floor so counter and floor needing wiping, pool was not circulating could not use, hallways never cleaned , stunk , construction going on dirt and dust everywhere, window opened 4 inches not ADA compliant,no screen in .window.I feel our money was wasted

It seems as though they are trying to renovate / upgrade the property, but there was only 2 outlets in the living area and one outlet was for 4 item but could only plug in 2 of them. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything! The bed was one step away from sleeping on the floor. I would not return.

The room was very nice, the beds were super comfortable, best sleep ive had in a while. Loved the mirror in the bathroom, it's great for styling your hair, and doing your make up.
The only negative i would give this place is the fact that they don't jave any rooms for smokers, other than that. I enjoyed my stay.
