Disappointing stay. The room was incredibly noisy and smelled like smoke. Waited a long time in the restaurant, which was clearly understaffed. Upon checkout, the attendant did not even ask how my stay was. When I advised her about the considerable noise in the unit from the thin ceiling and people stomping around all night in the unit above, she simply said “well, I don’t see a noise complaint noted.” Noted, that for that kind of money, we will never be going back to this place…

Small Room for a high price with no sofa and no provision for a roll-a-way bed. My two kids had to sleep on the floor.

Very straight forward checking in and it was our first time staying there they gave us a upgrade to a cottage suite these folks are making positive changes moving forward.
