No pot no pan I no stay
No one check me in talked with cleaning lady next day keys were in a lock box so I sat outside for over a hour then I got the lock box open found WiFi code inside then I text them they text code for downstairs door so some one let me in or would sleep outside that night room was very small and no way to cook in the kitchen so even the plate inside microwave was removed not worth the money I won’t stay there again but would buy the cleaning lady dinner anytime she was so nice !

Rooms located in an office building and are on the 9th floor. Elevator cost $0.10 to use during the day. Location is convenient to ferry, train, and downtown tourist area. Good view of port area.

Hard to find...but a nice place!
When I tried calling the hotel number, to find the place, it I got ring no answer. When I called Hotels.com they were less helpful! This B&B was located in an apartment building on the 9th floor and very hard to find. Once we figured out how to get into the building, we needed a €.10 coin to use the elevator. No where in the check-in information did Hotels.com give any of that type of detail. However, once we got in and met the B&B owner he was very apologetic and was very helpful arranging a cab for the airport the next morning.

Wonderful location near the port, on the 9th floor. The single room is small, but okay, with comfy bed, and daily cleaning. Only difficulty was with hot water: occasionally one had to wait quite long until the hot water reached the shower. Great view from the balcony during the Italian type breakfast.

No shower gel or shampoo in bathroom dispensers Found log hair when i undid my bedsheet Bathroom sink was blocked No hot water in morning Breakfast included but nothing on offer at 7am Nobody was there to resolve these isdues

Quick walk from Alibus stop and near the port
The owners were very quick and helpful with their communications so a late check in was easy to organise. They also very kindly gave us a free upgrade. It is located nearby the ports so made for a short walk in the morning to get our ferry. It is near a busy street so some noise could be heard through the night. We had no hot water in the morning but, as leaving so early, did not raise this with the owner. If we had, I'm confident they would have fixed the issue as they clearly take pride and care about their hotel.
