This is a great place to check out Nashville. We were in walking distance to Broadway, so we never had to drive. There was ample free parking. When we opened the windows, we could listen to live music at the BBQ place next door. Great place!

Here’s why this property didn’t get 5 stars: - we had to go up two flights of stairs to get to our room (luckily we were not an older couple). If there was an elevator, I never saw one or a sign for one. - it was a decent walk to broadway where everything is. There are closer options. We had never been to Nashville so we didn’t know what to expect distance wise. - it was fairly quiet but we were only there 3 nights and a garbage truck came twice and empty giant dumpsters outside our bedroom window. - at one point we left, my husband locked the door and checked that it was locked (as we do every time we leave somewhere) and we came back to an open door… so we are not sure if the lock was defective or if someone was in our unit but it didn’t make me feel secure after that.

The unit was nice, clean, and nice amenities. We had difficulties with the TV and there was nothing in the unit with any information on how it worked. No material with info on restaurants or markets in the vicinity. Resource info would be nice.

We do send all guests a digital link to a troubleshooting guide for items in the unit, including the Apple TV, as well as a guide for the city. This guide includes local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. All of this is included with the check in instructions guests receive prior to arrival. We are very sorry you missed it. We hope to host you again in the future!

When we got to the location the parking lot was being redone so parking was unavailable. All that area was under construction and all the parking was pay parking. When we contacted management we were told they were not responsible for parking, when we asked if they would reimburse us for the parking fee they said they would have a manager call and we never heard from anyone. We had to pay $30 (which was the cheapest we could find) in not so great a location. We asked for a refund for the room so we could go somewhere else and they wouldn't oblige. Very disappointed!

Location was great for cma fest, dryer broken, unable to get linens replenished for 4-day stay at $4oo+ night. 3rd floor no elevator - if handicaps be sure to specify
