I did not get the room I booked and paid for and received a smaller room for the same price. There was a used wash cloth in the shower when I arrived and the right side door of the TV cabinet was broken and fell off when I tried to open it.

Booked room on line but when I checked in that style room wasn’t available. No upgrade just smaller room same price. Description on line said river view but the trees obstructed the view. Check in took longer than I expected because we had booked it on line and she had to find it. People were moving up and down the halls all night so we didn’t get much sleep. Didn’t have a good night with so was ready to leave first thing in the morning. Breakfast was better because it had items other than the normal eggs and sausage. Biscuits and gravy and grits were on the buffet. Nice change. Had a nice small bar in the lobby. Friendly bartender. Had an issue with a running toilet and was fixed by a very nice maintenance man. Did not get finished until after 9pm but it was because he had several other issue to complete before ours. Don’t know if it is me or not but didn’t like the huge king size pillows. Most rooms now use the half pillows which I like much better. Average stay just need some updating. Every employee I talked to was friendly and helpful.

did not sleep much because there was a group of young kids playing in the halls till about 1am in the morning. staff said they received numerous complaints before relocating them. there was no adults with kids. kids were back running and playing in the halls the following morning. i think kids belong to hotel staff. because of all of this we checked out after lunch on Saturday, but was not given any refund. have tried to talk to manager several times but manager is never available.

Great views from room, Room was very nice, but not completely cleaned. Hot water lacking when showering. But very neat hotel location.
