The pool and proximity to the beach was great. The shower was a continuous problem with the water changing between hot and cold constantly, and just a bit of a struggle getting to sleep at night with guests above us thumping around heavily late into the evening. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The location is superb. Closer to amenities, beach and a playground for kids. The room interior is dated. Carpets are stained and very old. You feel it entering the room. Toilets could use some fan ventilation. Our experience overall was average.

Excellent family place to stay. Close to beach and all the other great activities around the hotel. Huge fields across road for kids to run around at. Very clean, tidy and with helpful staff. Definitely be out place to stay when we come to Nelson, and im telling everyone about it too :)
