Room was completely different from what was posted online , toilet was dirty from previous stay, There was Zero WiFi connection in the room , I was told a specific door on the first floor have to be opened in order to get internet in the room, I was staying in room (232) . The dessert was hard as a rock I could break the floor with it. Someone opened the door on me I had to scream who is that !!and the person went away , I got curious and went outside and saw a lady and ask her if she was housekeeping she said yes and she declare she was the one who open the door . They need to declare who they are when they come to door and knocked not just open it with a key card while I’m having sex . Check in and out-staff was easy and friendly , that was the only good thing about this place . It’s also close to most of the popular area bourbon and canal street . Walking distance.

Great find
The Best Western Plus French Quarter Hotel was a great find. The hotel is a little older looking but well kept and extremely clean. Breakfast was a highlight with Jambalaya and grits. The front staff was very welcoming, the area was safe, and walking back from the french market area was safe. We will definitely stay again when in New Orleans.

Easy Check in although we waited for a couple of hours after arrival, but the staff was great
