The “grab and go” services was nice. The gentleman working there “William” was the best thing about the place

The property had a great location but the customer service was terrible. We had many problems with our room that we had to call about and they acted as if we were putting them out. Our TV didn’t work and when I called the front desk for a second time “The person that went home must have taken the call” and when I asked for a return call when the engineer would be coming to our room I was told straight up “No” really unsatisfied and will not stay again.

TOXIC STAFF, RUN DON'T WALK to any of the many nearby hotels. Front desk had no record of our confirmed Travelocity reservation, which was presented to them. Staff was surly, unapologetic, completely unhelpful and dishonest. No one mentioned that hotel was sold out, said to come back after dinner, still no room available. Finally second manager admitted that hotel was sold out and our confirmed reservation was no good. It was midnight and we'd been traveling all day, yet no one offered to help get a room elsewhere, or even apologize. We went across the street to the nicer, newer Sheraton, and even though we did not have a reservation and they were sold out as well, two front desk clerks were helpful and sympathetic and after checking web sites and making a few phone calls, found us a room at the nearby Crowne Plaza-- for a lower rate than at the MTS and a nicer room to boot. That is the meaning of "hospitality." No one at the MTS has a clue. Will never, ever try to book there again.
