The hotel is clearly being used as a sanctuary hotel and /or government housing. By the front door there were 15 to 20 men lingering around with no purpose to be there other than looking for trouble. The front desk is fully enclosed in bullet proof glass, not a safety shield for covid, full bullet proof glass, as is the snack area. The room was extremely overpriced (for those of us that have to actually pay out way to be in this country). With Security guard sitting in a chair at each end of the hall way you don it get the feeling this is a comfortable place to stay. The room rad dirty and very run down. The non smoking room smelled so much like smoke we almost Couldn’t stay in there. The smoke detectors had plastic taped over them I’m sure in violation of multiple building and fire codes neither of which have seemed to be insoected there in quite a while. If they were the place would be shut down immediately. I’d not for the fact it was late and we had no other place to go I would not have stayed there with my son. The next morning when I mentioned the conditions to the manager he pretended like he didn’t understand me or could not here me behind the protection of his bunker proof glass. As a life long New York resident this is just another example of how the destruction of the city by current policy’s and administration has migrated north businesses and communities. This place has no business being listed on travel sites for public use

I booked two queen bed room. After l checked in they gave me king bed room and told me they don’t have any other rooms available. Bath room tub faucet didn’t work. Lot of rusty surfaces. Three people have to sleep in a packed one bed.Really disappointing. Business take a copy of payment card? This is alarming too. Don’t go there ..

Lost my reservation until I presented the confirmation on my iPhone. Room was supposedly non-smoking but apparently hasn't been deep cleaned since last smoker, had to run the fan on high to clear the air enough to breathe, still noticeable stink. Coverlet had cigarette burns and staining, will never reserve here again. Nicer looking Super8 right next door, will try that next time.

Very un safe Crack head's people on drugs walking around knocking on windows looking in room windows selling themselves to you not a good place to stay d side 162 unsafe not what I expected for the money never again

They have roaches everywhere!! Crawling all over and dead ones laying around. The tub looks like it’s in an abandoned building and there is no water pressure. Thank you for my the make burn on my legs because of no water! This place is GHETTO! By the way I changed my room 3 times. I want a refund !
