Clean, comfortable and great comms
Great communications to help aid checking in, and signs when you got their first class. Room was spotless, and also a very nice furnished room. Only 2 very small grumbles, one the first night was quite cold and the small radiator near the door struggles to provide the room much warmth, and second one was I thought the bed was small, it could be a standard double but felt slightly smaller. Other than everything was spot on and would use again.

Lovely little hotel, great location. Unfortunately there were stains on our cushion, a used plaster on our radiator and the shower was blocked.

Phenomenal value
Probably the best value stay I have had in the last 10+ years. And proper breakfast included. Absolutely amazing. Lovely room too and anything you could need. Tea, milk etc. Easy login with keyless entry. Location was great right on Ocean Road with tons of eating choices and 10 minutes from a beautiful sandy beach. Have put this place in my favourites list.

Excellent stay, we walked miles and will return
Great room, perfect location, breakfast was delicious and the waitresses were so efficient and well mannered. On a street full of restaurants and 5 minute walk to the beach and two gorgeous parks, that are so clean.
