Perfect place to stay in downtown Newport
Staff was terrific, very friendly and helpful. Having free parking on site in downtown Newport is a huge plus. The room was nice and clean with a beautiful view of the harbor. The location can’t be beat. You can walk to everything you want to do in downtown Newport.

Concierge and cleaning staff are professional and personable. I had an issue with the room and it was attended to immediately. Only problem is the beds are right next to the doors, so it can get noisy.

The hotel is right on the heart of the waterfront action. Not sure why I had to write my car make/model etc on a little sticky pad… don’t they have a form for that? It is as busy when we checked and and staff seemed a little overwhelmed. Overall the property is nice. Maybe a bathroom redo is in order..

The view from the property was excellent and the location to area was perfect. Parking was difficult to find a spot and the room had an odor. We also got a text message prior to arrival the pool was out of service but upon arrival was informed there is no pool and not sure why I got that message.
