The staff was professional and very accommodating. The hotel needs major upgrades. Very dated. The water pressure was horrible. I had to move rooms when I first checked in, however the staff was very helpful. There needs to be a lot of remodeling done.

One of the clerk had a bad attitude. The room smelled liked someone smoke in it. The door was hard to get opened. And one the clerks said she would get maintenance to look at it. Ask the clerk for a copy of the bill and she said we would get it Fromm Travelocity. Thru email. We did get one copy from of the bill from another clerk early and the bill was $100.00 cheaper than what Travelocity charge us.

Our tub did not work. The room smelled. The outside grounds were unkept. It too a long time for staff to come to front desk.
