Enjoyed Our Stay
Thank you for opening your home to us. My children loved the décor and layout of the home and I personally enjoyed the nice back porch with ample seating for reading and drinking my morning coffee.

Nice but definitely needs work
This property is about average based on all of the VRBO’s we’ve stayed at over the years. Cute house with creative decor, pleasant yard. Comfy couch in the living room. Kitchen had most of what we needed. If I were the owner of this property I would invest a fairly small amount of money to improve it. -Kuerig (shows in photos of the kitchen but was not there) -Thorough cleaning of entire house, especially shower (the floor looks disgusting) -2 Skillets and cookie sheets in the Stove drawer were very dirty -Replace the shower caddy with new -Repair or replace the toilet paper holder in ½ bath -Repair/replace or remove the garbage disposal -Place a lamp by the bed in the basement -Add kitchen towels -Add extension cords due to very few outlets in the house -A dresser and/or closet in the basement would also be appreciated -Thorough cleaning of the outside seating area (unusable due to bird droppings and spider webs) -Better cable tv - at least so that it was not constantly buffering and cutting out -CLOCKS! I felt like we were in a casino, no clocks anywhere -Allow guest access to the Laundry area, seriously! Be aware that you will need to drive to anyplace you want to go, much of the time using toll roads. Cute restaurants and shops as well as grocery options in Lewiston, a 10 minute drive away.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here while visiting the Niagara Falls. We all slept well and enjoyed the outdoor seating areas. Would recommend this property to future tourists coming to this area. Thank you for opening your home to us!

This was one of the nicest places I have stayed in along time. My family and I loved every bit of this home from the games the drinks the beds the outside deck was amazing I would definitely stay here again.

Worst VRBO
This property was falsely advertised. There are no queen beds and they are not new or comfortable. They are full beds. There is also no hot tub - it's a bathtub with jets. If you have any allergies, do not stay here. Cats have lived there and the hair/dander doesn't come out of 2 inch shag carpet. There are strong smells - candles, etc that could trigger allergies. The house is very dark and cluttered. You will have trouble finding a spot to put your luggage. The house was not clean and needs maintenance. The owner was very nice and did tell us great places to go. However, she sent a text stating we froze up her AC even though we did not touch her preset settings. The picture she sent of her thermostat showing we turned it down to 66 reflected a Sunday night time and date and we left on Saturday morning. Strange as she sent the text on Saturday afternoon. Not sure if she's trying to have a reason to keep our security deposit. Luckily, we spent little time there and when we were there, most of the time was spent on the deck. It's nice but another area that needs cleaning. Both the grill and oven had dirty foil inside. If you like having the TV on, it doesn't consistently work. The owner did come by and show us how to use it. It would work for awhile and then stop. It's not a TV you can just turn on and off. The shower is a sprinkle. Aside from our housing, the area is beautiful and Lewiston is within 10 minutes of Niagara Falls attractions. Downtown Lewiston is a quaint town with excellent restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is nice and quiet - this house has just not been well kept.

Honeymoon Heaven
This property is so cute and so funky!!! We loved the vibe of this place! The host was absolutely wonderful all the way through. She answered my questions from start to finish. She had everything ready to go and even welcomed us with pizza since we would be arriving in the middle of the night after a long drive in case we were hungry. You truly feel right at home! Anyone going to this area I HIGHLY recommend this sweet bungalo! We will be back! She helped us with food suggestions, gave us ideas of things to do everyday. She did anything and everything to make our visit better in and out of the home. If you’re going to this area this is a perfect option! Easy to find, fun friendly host, gave us so much privacy. Easily sleeps 4. The couch is amazing! We lounged on it every night. We want one just like it now for home. What a great experience!

Family vacation
The house is very cozy. We loved the neighborhood and surrounding area. We stayed 3 nights and after running around during the day, it was nice to come back and relax in the house or on the porch. I loved the hottub bath but when glanced at the booking I thought it was an actual hottub for the family. Staying here was really a home away from home. Thank you so much for opening your home to us for a few days. It is lovely and we would definitely recommend this stay to others. Thank you!
