Loved the view.
The floor to ceiling windows gave an amazing view of the falls. Our upper floor room with sitting area was spacious. We couldn’t find signage for stairs (elevator wait is long). 4 pm check-in time is annoying. Breakfast buffet is adequate.

Enjoyed our stay at Sheraton. Only 3 complaints would be the wait for elevators but with check in and check out I can understand the business throughout the hotel! Aswell as our shower drain was overfilling, was an easy cleanup so nothing we couldn’t handle! And the kids in the hallways screaming, banging and breaking things. Staff were so very helpful and speedy with our concerns, the dinner buffet was amazing, staff entertained the little ones while husband and I grabbed food. The beds are amazing, I was tempted to take one home haha, best sleep I’ve ever gotten. View wasn’t all that great but we weren’t interested in the view considering we’re locals. Rooms were tidy. The indoor waterpark was extremely fun, I accidentally ordered the waterpark for a different day but staff made some arrangements and was able to let us go in and enjoy our time! Really appreciated that! Will definitely come back again!
