Worst thing was calling front desk to see when checkout was since it was not on the door or on the informational key holder - it was 11am when I called and the front desk person said “11am, you have five minutes only”. In a very rude way. Combined with a continental breakfast that was picked through and underwhelming - no fruit, no yogurt, no healthy cereal, no bagels - I have no idea how this property received the high ratings on your site.

Elevator was out of service and we were on the 6th floor. It was the last thing they told us before we walked away from the desk at check out. Pool was not appealing. Very convenient location. Breakfast was good enough.
