I normally stay at this hotel when I visit Virginia but I think I will try another hotel on my next visit. The mattress bed was so HARD.

I had to pay $50 for a small dog I thought pet friendly meant free! There was nothing in the signin brochure that said anything about an extra charge. On top of this it was a crappy location!

we are a pet friendly hotel but we also have a pet fee that is stated on our web site. I'm sorry that you were not aware of this before you arrived. We do our best to accommodate all guest and this location is here for others. The construction is here is something we can not control and I'm sorry that you were not satisfied. Although the room was clean, the condition of the room was not good. Broken blinds, peeling and yellow stained wall paper, grounds covered in litter.
