Great location. The $35 /day for valet parking is a joke. Took over 35 min. To get car to find out no one was working valet. Another staff had to go find our car. Frt. Desk when ckg in said they didn’t have free breakfast when I had proof I paid for free breakfast. Paid for harbor view but received a parking lot brow. Once again , paid more for harbor. Ask for daily cleaning service.. received once in 4 days. The only reason your staff rating wasn’t a 1 is because of the Resturant staff. Angel and her boss were fantastic!

The Sheraton provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The check in staff were rude and more interested in what was happening on their phone then helping customers. Even though I had my paperwork with my reservation, they kept telling me that I did not have one/After searching 3 times and actually listening how to spell my name they found it. Gave me a key without a room number, so I had to inquire where my room was. The room itself was nice, until we decided to take a nap and pulled back the sheets, and the white comforter had mold all over it. Called down to the front desk to ask to have the sheets changed when we went out, said that they would take care of it. Came back 2 hours later and nothing was done, had to call down again to get it done. The hotel had no security, people were smoking pot everywhere, did not feel safe out at night. We were there overnight to goon a cruise, I wished we had stayed someplace else, especially when we went to take showers the next morning, and could not get any hot water, even after letting the water rune for 1/2 hour....Never again

Beautiful lobby, great pool, and wonderful staff. I usually have a little trouble sleeping away from home but not here. Great climate control and bedding!

It’s a little dated but within what I expected for the price. I didn’t find the staff overly friendly; the front desk (both checking in and out) didn’t even say hello. Parking isn’t very convenient anywhere in the downtown Waterside area but the parking garage isn’t too far but I thought it was expensive all things considered. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. Waterside is right next door so there are good selections and just 2 or 3 blocks away are more choices. Overall a pleasant experience.

I made this reservation for myself and a girlfriend. Just two ladies out for a good time. The young lady who helped us check in a get us our room keys was simply AMAZING! She knew it was just two ladies and wanted to make sure we were safe and together! We waved to the front desk each time we passed so she would know we were ok! THEY NEED MORE STAFF LIKE THAT!!! I WILL BE BACK!
