The check in was a long wait! Got into our room around 4:30 pm after watching others get their rooms in front of us. Once got room keys, we tried two different elevator locations to find room-finally manager helped us located the elevator to our room. Once in our room, the sofa mattress has poop on it! We stayed in our room to assure that we got another mattress as well as waited for sheets, pillows and blanket for sofa bed. Therefore the first we could get to beach was 6:30. Very inconvenient. The vent over the air conditioner that is located on the balcony was rusted off the wall so it was very loud on the balcony. The customer service by staff was lacking! I will not EVER stay at this location again and I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
