Direct Ocean View 4BR/3BA Private Luxury Cherry Grove Beach home less two blocks to the beach. This immaculately maintained home is located within walking distance of Boulineau's and all Cherry Grove attractions. The home was totally remodeled and updated for the 2023 rental season. The home has been painted and includes new appliances as well as granite counter tops, all new light fixtures and some new furniture. This comfortable and well appointed home features a first floor with living spaces and two bedrooms each with 1 queen size bed and a large front porch and 2 more bedrooms on the second floor each with 2 queen size beds and features a second large front porch!! The first floor features the downstairs living room and fully stocked kitchen with smart TV. The second floor features 2 more bedrooms including the master bedroom (2 queen beds). The cottage is steps to the beach where you can spend the day enjoying Cherry Grove's renowned beach. (Number one beach in SC for 2022) You are also a short walk to the salt marsh where you can fish for flounder and blue crab. As you return home, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower, and then enjoy the private salt water outdoor pool. Once the day is done cap it off with fresh fish or steaks off the grill. The name of the home should be Paradise because that is what you get a slice of... Paradise!!

Ruined Spring Break
We booked this property for the outside amenities (pool, grill, seating) and when we arrived the pool was broken and everything was locked up. We communicated with the realtor several times that week and they never told us this. Inside there were dirty dishes in the cupboard and dirty towels left in bathrooms. So instead of relaxing our first day we spent it cleaning. I spent over $100 on a tiny grill for cooking and dealt with upset children over not having a pool all week. My father can't physically make it to the beach and was looking forward to a pool as well. It took the realtor 6 days to even come up with some sort of answer for us. Not happy with the realtor or the owner of this property. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement.

Absolutely Amazing
This property is everything you would expect it to be! It’s beautiful inside and out and is very accommodating with the dishwasher, washer and dryer, and so many more suppliances! The pool was such a good entertainment spot as well with so much seating and space. We loved this property!

It has many things in bad condition the pool in poor condition the outside lights do not work the pool light is damaged and when you call the office they only tell you we will call you in a moment and they never return the call
