Reservation was king bed, no smoking. At checkin offered queen bed, smoking room that had strong smoke smell . Even had a cigarette butt left. Wife and I had to argue for room change. Had to ask for a TV remote control.

I got over 50 bedbug bites in one night here
I slept on the sofa bed for 1 night and got over 50 bedbug bites on my back and shoulder. The check-in desk was filled with food odors and the staff is unprofessional and appear to be related.. The room condition is neat but old and unfortunately the sofa bed was infested with bedbugs. I requested verification from the management that the room had been treated for bedbugs. After one call back from them to discuss the details, they never provided any verification, hence this review.

Avoid this hotel
Extended Stay America called the morning of my reservation to tell me that Travelocity overbooked their hotel. They told me my room was unavailable and that I would have to accept a smaller room but would still pay the full price for the larger room I had reserved. I called the hotel and asked to speak to the hotel manager. My call was forwarded to the corporate reservations department who then forwarded me to customer service. After an hour and a half of being forwarded around by customer service I was told the room I reserved was available. When I arrived the room was over 80 degrees and moist. The air conditioner was turned off. The air conditioner ran for two days and the room never reached a comfortable temperature. I would not recommend Extended Stay America to anyone.

Great experience!
Hotel is as advertised...you know your'e not going to a five star place as the hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. Room was clean, staff was pleasant and very helpful with any questions I had. Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot...even utilized the kitchen a bit. Overall good experience!

Wow
This was my second time staying at this hotel. The first experience I had was far different from this one. After this time, I WILL NOT stay at this hotel again. The room I had smelled funny and I killed 3 roaches over a three day span. The staff was rude. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's in a convenient location...that's about the only plus!
