On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, featuring a television and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen is thoughtfully integrated into the living space and includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also features 2 bedrooms, each appointed with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both offering direct access to the terrace. One of these bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning. The ground floor bathroom facilities include a separate WC as well as a combined bath, shower, and WC. On the upper floor, the third bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complemented by a television and air conditioning, with its own private access to the terrace. A shower and WC are also available on this level.
