Your service and you didn’t resolve the ticket to change dates and they charge me one nigth and I have to reserve in site and they didn’t give us same price and tour agent said don don more tickets, and also penalties I hope you can help me thanks

I booked Villa la Estancia because it was advertised as an all-inclusive upscale hotel. Upon checking-in, we were informed all-inclusive would cost an additional $120 per person per night! They blamed Travelocity for the mishap because I booked through them and suggested I call them to get a retund. Immediately after check-in we were also strongly encouraged to attend a time share sales presentation in exchange for freebies and discounts. Do not fall for that unless you want to be trapped for 3-5 hours. The property looks good on the outside, but the rooms need some updating. The staff was mostly helpful, but is only at your service if you tip consistently. Drink the expensive alcoholic beverages at your own risk. They use substandard alcohol which can make one sick. There is no entertainment at poolside either. I also requested a late check out for 12 p.m. (normally it is at 11 a.m.) and was informed at the front desk that it would cost an additional $100 per hour after 11 a.m. I asked to speak with a manager and was able to make arrangements to check out 1 hour later at 12 p.m. without charge, but on the day of checkout I received a call from the front desk at 11:30 asking me for the room. At 11:45 room service was at my door trying to get in. So much for the late checkout. Overall, the stay here was mediocre at best. For the quality and service one receives here, it is better to stay at one of the Riu properties. This place is not worth the price.

BAIT AND SWITCH. It says All Inclusive but it isn’t. We talked to a lot of people who thought the were getting an all inclusive package but when we showed up they said nope sorry, read the fine print. Travelocity did nothing to help. I’ll never book with them again

The location, beach, rooms, personnel, was great. This is a very quiet resort. Nothing going on here for those who are looking for entertainment. If you are looking for peace, this is your place. If you want fun, music at the beach, dance competitions, shows at night. Non of that here. Only one restaurant on premises and a bar at the pool.
Walking distance to Bucerias where you can find plenty of restaurants and music.
If you are okay with moving around, and grabbing meals in different places, or even taking a 15 min walk to "La Comer" a big grocery on the main road, I'd say pay for your own food.
If you don't want to go anywhere, and want to stay at the hotel, maybe get the All Inclusive.
We thought we had paid for All Inclusive, but when we got there realized that even though the hotel is advertised as ALL IN, you have to select the option, and I guess we didn't.
Massage tents right next door to the hotel ($20-25 dollars per massage) and they were great.
