Don't be fooled - this is a time-share property and you feel that the entire time you stay at this hotel. We went into this expecting a mid-level hotel but the experience was far below our expectations. Very poor staff service. No welcome upon arrival or asking how we found the stay at checkout. At check-in they just asked for our name and a credit card. We were then directed to their concierge with a very budget looking print out map of the hotel and a list of activities they would book for us. Everything felt like an upsell. Selective Reno’s done in the room to make it photograph well but everything is in rough shape. The bed was incredibly lumpy and the carpet was absolutely disgusting. Bathroom had mould in several areas. Two issues specific to our stay We had brought some food back to the room after a day out and asked the front desk if they could provide plates and wine glasses. We were told that they can't do this (though they provide room service) and that the pool bar may be able to help provide paper cups and plates. The pool bar staff was able to provide this but paper cups and plates (this was not for environmental purposes) just feels like a cheap motel. We ran out of soap in the room and were told they were out of replacement bottles so they provided a plastic bag full of mini bottles - they never came back to properly replace the soap. The mandatory resort fee offers no benefits at all unless you want to spend more.

My family LOVED staying at this property! It was clean updated, fun, and the staff was wonderful. The cleaning staff was 10/10 so friendly and efficient! Would stay here again and again!!
